These are based on the Death Row Choppers Spike risers with our little twist of the Impaler Spike Tip. These are 4 inches to the center of the hole plus the cap. These are made of billet and chromed. Not the cheap steel import copies out there today. Fits your 1 inch Harley bars and all other customs that use risers. HAMMER made in the USA
