Are all the products on your site new?

Yes.  Every product we ship is new and comes direct from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to a distribution center.  The average order arrives at its destination within 3-4 days.

What is your refund policy?

What warranties do you offer?

All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not serviced by Hammer Custom Cycles.  Please consider the extended warranty options for additional protection from the manufacturer.

We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet.  To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.
